The day we turn our face toward Guru Granth Sahib Ji with thank-fullness, our journey starts and by the grace of almighty we start meeting ascended beings. In their company(Sadh-Sangat) kundalini gets awakened by shaktipat and other advanced methods (which they know well). As the inner eye starts opening, the meanings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji keep becoming vivid. Love for our Guru Sahibs keeps on increasing and ascension becomes fast automatically. As our love increases, we start spending more time reading /listening gurbani/katha/keertan . As the gurbani is based on Indian classical ragas and ragas has 7 principle notes which are for 7 principle chakras of the kundalini. After initiation, the liberated soul remains in the different shades of love till opening of last chakra. Context of bani is also in the same emotion. So in pure kirtan we listen message in pure ragas where human voice, instruments and time/seasons are complementary in making the emotion more intense. So as we listen, our soul gets cleared of impressions which we carry from many births(Sound works to re-activate blocked nerves).Five koshas anmay,pranmay,manmay ,gianmay and anandmay-kosh gets cleared. Message from Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji guides our intellect and makes us wiser on the path and music based on ragas holds our surat (Attention). With the opening of 7th center samadhi starts .Slowly one enters into witness state where one realizes his real soul-nature . Haunting thoughts starts coming to halt and then new journey through savikalap-samadhi starts. With continuous nap-japna, journey ends where we are able to work in thoughtless awareness (Kavalia). Japuji Sahib Ji is atleast master key for samadhi, it has been verified. Above all, the grace of God, Guru Sahibs work to enable us to get liberated and become pure khalsa.Then four types of SamPrajnata samadhis follow, namely:                                  Which are known as sabeeja Samadhi.Then atlast one reaches Kavalya through nirbija samadhi. Nitnem is more than sufficient to manage awakened kundalini otherwise one can land in neuro-ward of hospital. Sound of bani (Shabad)holds our attention(Surat) so Shabad-Surat way. Slowly by reading aloud or listening with complete attention , Guru Granth Sahib Ji, during hard journey(Sram-khand) and grasping the percepts with total faith and dedication, as explained in Sri Sukhmani Sahib Ji and other nitnem banis, One very easily can transcend to 4th stage. Steadily(By Sehaj) one can become self-realized(Kevalia level) person as desired by our Guru Sahibs.In very brief, by being very humble and doing selfless service towards the fulfillment of Guru Sahib's mission, like service for/in langar in the company of sadhu/saint, one can win heart of saint/sadhu who in turn will pray for our enlightenment and may use techniques which are used to awaken prana shakti along with keeping the disciple near gurbani/kirtan and inspiring for initiation ( Amrit partaking).Here everybody should understand that there is definite technique for making amrit.Thus being guided by guru-bhai with the ultimate help from Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji ,the disciple (Sikh) can ascend to mature adept (Gurmukh) having Jivan-mukta state at least.
