        It is never too late.
        Even if you are going to die tomorrow,
        Keep yourself straight and clear and be a happy human being today.
        If you keep your situation happy day by day,

        Where would I possibly find enough leather
        With which to cover the surface of the earth?
        But (wearing) leather just on the soles of my shoes
        Is equivalent to covering the earth with it.

   Meditation is not to escape from society,
   but to come back to ourselves and see what is going on.
   Once there is seeing, there must be acting.
   With mindfulness, we know what to do and what not to do to help

If you haven't wept deeply, you haven't begun to meditate.

Treasure silence when you find it, and while being mindful of your duties, set time aside, to be alone with yourself.

Sometimes one creates a dynamic impression by saying something,
and sometimes one creates as significant an impression by remaining silent.


First one must change.
I first watch myself, check myself, then expect changes from others.


The purpose of all the major religious traditions is not to construct big temples on the outside,

but to create temples of goodness and compassion inside, in our hearts

Before i was in Sikhism,
I saw ladies as ladies & man as man.
With intimate knowledge,
I saw ladies and men as illusion.
With essence of life in,
I again see  ladies as ladies & men as men.


Roasted bird never cry in grief.

Burning of heart,
Cools the head.

Age, rank, status works.

Happiness and grief prevails.

Arguments are measure of capability.

All seems different.

After  Self realization----

Nothing works except true love.

Only equipoise prevails.

Silence becomes measure of depth.

All seems same and one.

Devastated nest often frees the bird.

Walk becomes fast on hot sand.

Tail raises with virus in software.

One eyed birds are most difficult  to find.

Ship wreck confirms cancellation of all future voyages. 

Happiness is like when  a cobra appears in next house,helplessly you watch but  feeling safe.

Grief is like when  a cobra appears in your house, helplessly you watch but feeling unsafe.

Bliss is like when a cobra is being beaten by you to death and feeling safe for ever.

Echo of eternity comes from nothingness.

Wise pendulum will prefer to fall down.

Emptiness determines the depth of fullness.

Flute becomes silent only when it's outer holes are closed.

Man is a mechanism where if energy reside on lower side, it behaves like animal and

if it resides at the top , then mechanism is called saint.
